The electric crepe maker CFE 400 will offer you a high efficiency from the first use.

Practical, efficient and cost-effective, it is specially designed for the take-away of pancakes in the markets, in street vendors (stands, trailers, restaurant trucks), at festival, carnival or association days.

The spiral resistance directly molded under the enameled cast iron plate provides a power of 3.6 kw (single-phase connection) and ensures a homogeneous diffusion of the temperature over the entire surface of the plate which will bring a perfect cooking.

Useful information:

- the control thermostat allows to regulate the temperature of the plate from 50 to 300 ? C.

- The enamelled cast iron plate is perfectly smooth for a real contact baking ensuring an excellent transfer of temperature: by slightly greasing between each crepe or cake, you get a light and golden cr?pe perfectly alveolated, without caramelization or vitrification.

- Cook your pancakes at 200-220 ? C instead of the usual 240 ? C on unglazed cast iron plates!

- Cook your pancakes in 1 mn instead of the usual 2'30: 60 pancakes / hour instead of 26 to 30 on a classic simple cr?pe.
