Colissimo shipping is carried out every day again.
Delivery to relay points cannot always be reactivated because only part of the distribution network has reopened, and deliveries to La Poste are not guaranteed. We prefer to leave these services disabled to avoid inconvenience during the delivery of your products.
Certain products such as hydro-alcoholic gels (IQ9730, IQ9708), and mask (IQ9748) benefit from reduced VAT at 5.5% for a limited period.

In this exceptional period Colissimo tells us to change their habits and schedules for picking up parcels. Pick up by Colissimo in our warehouse will only be done on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Orders placed after Friday 2 p.m. of each week will not be picked up and shipped until the following Wednesday. We therefore advise you to choose another carrier for these specific days.

The choice of carrier Colissimo with signature has been disabled. There remains only home delivery without signature for the carrier Colissimo. As a result, certain zones that were delivered exclusively by Colissimo with signature can no longer choose it and claim our offer free shipping. We respect the rules and will not fail to reactivate this service as soon as possible.
