I can not find the piece I search

Have you used our search engine? You also have the option to navigate through the different categories of the site.


I reference or the manufacturer code

Just type it in the "simple search by keywords" that is in the right search box. Do not type the brand, only the code.


When will ship my order?

If all products are in stock, orders placed from Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped:
- The same day for any purchase made before 12am.
- The following business day for others.

No deliveries will be made on weekends or during holidays.
Delivery times depend on the choice of carrier.

Additional time is required for payments by check or transfer.


How do you turn a room?

Contact us by email on info@eevad.com then we will send the march forward.
No returns will be accepted without our agreement and returned merchandise must not have been débalée. See our page on return conditions.


What is the warranty on parts?

What is the fare?

The fee is calculated according to the weight of the parts.


I'm not in France but why do I have to pay VAT?

To qualify for duty-bills being in the EEC countries, indicate when you register your VAT number.


Can I choose paypal without a paypal account?

Yes you can pay by credit card like any other bank.


I want to order for delivery but I can not pay by credit card, how?

During the checkout process, you have the option to pay by check or by transfer bancaire.Les goods are shipped to receipt of payment.


If I pay by check or transfer, when you ship my goods?

Your order is confirmed 15 days after receipt of payment for checks, and immediately to the transfers. After validation, if the parts are in stock, they leave the same day, otherwise there is a time limit depending on the manufacturer.


How to use my coupon code?

At the last step of the ordering process, you must activate your voucher code in the box: 'promo code'.
Some vouchers are limited in time.
The amount of your voucher is used and consumed in its entirety: therefore it can not be split.
Example: If you have a voucher of € 10, the amount of your order is 9 €, the voucher can not be used Note:
You can not earn good commercial buying them.

After submitting your voucher code, the voucher will be consumed in full according to the amount of your order: If the amount of your order exceeds your voucher, you will be the difference


I still have not received my order, what to do?

For items that are not in stock we estimate a date of supply corresponding to the usual delivery of the supplier concerned.
Despite all the care we bring to this estimate, we remain dependent in some cases unexpected from our partners.
Our purchasing department made every effort to reduce these delays.


I do not quite understand what the delivery

On the sheet, inventory items are marked "available" green. For others we give you an indicative time frame (usually 1 week). Deadlines vary by our suppliers.
