A return must be the subject of a prior agreement
The return package can be refused
The article must not have been unwrapped.
Preliminary agreement: We will not accept return
- If it concerns a piece sold for more than 14 days.
- If the item in question has been removed from our catalogs.
- If the article in question was created specifically for the customer.
Packages: No return package will be accepted
- If postage due.
- So obviously the package was very poorly done and poorly protected parts, or damaged.
- If it is not accompanied by our prior consent in writing.
- If it is not accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
- Valid for 6 months invoice (s).
- The acquisition value of the part least 25% to reflect the costs generated by the management of that return.
In case of return motivated by an error of eevad, the exchange will be made by sending without the right part of postage. This shipment will be charged but will be having a full, after receiving the wrong room.
Refusal to have: It can not be issued to have if the returned part is unsaleable because:
- Returned without its packaging when it is specific or heat sealed.
- Clean the product packaging has been opened.
Nature: Manufacturer Legal warranty on manufacturing defects.
-all damage and parts damaged due to misuse.
-The electrical parts, electrical damage.

Time: one imposed by the manufacturer to a maximum of 6 months.
Start: The period runs from the invoicing of the goods.
Conditions: Any defect or manufacturing defect must be reported within 8 days of its discovery to benefit from the manufacturer warranty.

- Prior to the return of the defective part
- Or after return of the examination room and to agree appropriate manufacturer
° Return accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice and return agreement or warranty
° Exchange or repair. Sending the part exchange will be charged.
° No refund but have:

-valid 6 months
-émis upon the return of the defective goods
-at price of the room.
° Shipping -back and re-shipment and to work with the customer hand.
Forfeiture: Our guarantee is suspended until the customer is in arrears.
Supplier Responsibility: the guarantee granted is exclusive of any rights to damages and interests for any reason whatsoever, including the consequences of a defect, such as accident, capital equipment, delay etc ...
