This Data Protection Charter describes how SAS LEFORT (hereinafter "EEVAD") processes the data you provide to us when using our web pages and how it protects them in accordance with the General Protection Regulations. (RGPD) and the data protection laws in force in France.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data

To the extent that we obtain from the data subject an authorization concerning the processing of personal data, Art. 6 al. 1 bed. a RGPD constitutes the legal basis for the processing of personal data.

When processing personal data required for the performance of a contract of which the contracting party is the data subject, Art. 6 al. 1 bed. b RGPD is the legal basis. This also applies to the processing operations required for the performance of pre-contractual measures.

Insofar as processing of personal data is required for compliance with a legal obligation to which EEVAD is subject, Art. 6 al. 1 bed. c RGPD is the legal basis.

If the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person make the processing of personal data necessary, Art. 6 al. 1 bed. d RGPD will constitute the legal basis.

If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, rights and fundamental freedoms of the person concerned do not prevail over the first interest cited, Art. 6 al. 1 bed. f RGPD will be the legal basis.

Data erasure and storage duration

The personal data of the data subject are erased or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage is extinguished. Storage may continue where provided for by European or national legislation in the context of EU orders, laws or other regulations to which the data subject is subject. Blocking or deletion of data also occurs when a storage period under the above standards expires, unless there is a need to keep the data for the purpose of performing a contract or contractual obligation.

Data automatically collected on our website / User Data

We encourage everyone to visit and use our site for free and to view the products on offer. When you visit our website, we log the following general user data to evaluate which sections of our website you visit and how much time you spend there.
